Football: Wilkinson sets out conditions for England manager
Howard Wilkinson, the Leeds manager, hinted last night that if he became England manager he would expect a lot of changes in the way the game is played at all levels. He said: 'Let the people who make the decisions get on with that but let them do it for the right reasons. Most people who talk about that job haven't got a clue as to how difficult it is or how to bring about the changes that are required in this country.'
