Following their Sovereign View development in Rotherhithe, Barratt have now bought land next door, which they have christened Pageant Steps. Sovereign View offered three bedroom houses with garages, fronting on to the river, for around pounds 140,000. However, expect higher prices next door as Barratt faced stiff competition for the site.
