THE COLLEGE of Garden Design, set up by Robin Williams and Lucy Huntington, is running its year-long course at three different centres in 1993: Pershore College, Worcestershire (starts 19 January); Missenden Abbey, Buckinghamshire (starts 13 September); and Chessington Manor, Surrey (starts 15 September).
