UN nuclear team for N Korea

United Nations inspectors were heading for North Korea yesterday to examine seven sites for evidence that radioactive fuel may have been diverted to a secret arms programme, Reuter reports from Vienna. The team of six and a technician finally received entry visas on Saturday after Pyongyang and Washington struck an accord smoothing the way for inspections, with the US promising talks on better relations.
