South African workers march for rights

Johannesburg - Tens of thousands of workers chanted, marched and rallied nation-wide in a half-day strike called to demand that South Africa's new leadership significantly boost the rights of workers. The general strike was the first since South Africa's transition to black-majority rule last year. AP
