Palestinian dissidents arrested

INTELLIGENCE OFFICERS yesterday arrested seven signatories to a leaflet that urged the public to combat "tyranny, corruption and political deceit" in the Palestinian administration. The group charged that President Yasser Arafat has allowed graft.
