Typhoon Geralda has killed at least 43 people and left more than 150,000 homeless, AP reports from Antananarivo. The Interior Ministry said the worst damage was in Toasmine, Madagascar's second-largest city, where 80 per cent of the homes were destroyed and 80,000 people displaced.
