Carlos Roberto Reina of the opposition Liberal Party claimed victory in Honduras' presidential election with more than 50 per cent of the votes, AFP reports from Tegucigalpa. With nearly 300,000 votes counted, Mr Reina had 52.5 per cent, against 40.8 per cent for Oswaldo Ramos Soto of the ruling National Party.
