RAMALLAH - Israeli military sources said an Israeli lorry driver shot dead a pregnant Palestinian woman after stones were thrown at his vehicle in the occupied West Bank, Reuters reports. The dead woman was identified as 18-year-old Fatma Jawdat, mother of an eight-month-old child.
