United Nations - An arms inspection team has been blocked from a site in Iraq, it was revealed last night. Earlier, UN officials in Baghdad said they had found documents and parts of chemical or biological rockets at another location.

The Security Council held an unscheduled meeting to review the situation and a statement was expected. AP
