Filipina maids to return to Singapore

Manila - The government will soon lift a ban on Filipina maids going to work in Singapore as the two countries normalise relations, the Philippines Foreign Secretary, Domingo Siazon, said. Flor Contemplacion was hanged in March in Singapore for the murders of another Filipino maid and her 4-year-old ward. AP
