Hungary will apply for full membership of the European Union in April, Peter Boross, the Prime Minister, has announced. The official MTI news agency quoted Mr Boross as telling Hungarian journalists in Bonn that Hungary would submit an application next month and that Germany supported its plan, Reuter reports from Budapest.
