Berlin - German federal prosecutors have issued an arrest warrant for Iranian intelligence minister Ali Fallahiyan in connection with the 1992 killing of exiled Kurdish leaders in Berlin, a lawyer involved in the case said yesterday."In the judge's view, the minister is strongly suspected of ordering and masterminding the attack," Hans-Joachim Ehrig, who represents families of the victims, said, referring to the investigating magistrate who must approve arrest warrants.
