THE dominant figure in post-war New Zealand politics is posthumously causing a stir over a nude scene in which his own imposing figure loomed large. A new television documentary, The Grim Face of Power, reveals how the former prime minister, Sir Robert Muldoon, naked and 'pissed as a fiddler's cat', chased his host's sister through a mansion during a 'fairly respectable' cocktail party. Sir Robert died in 1992, aged 71. His widow is trying to block further episodes of the programme.
