The French football boss and politician Bernard Tapie, who is facing judicial investigations into his personal affairs, presented a legal challenge to his creditor bank, Reuter reports from Paris. The state-owned Credit Lyonnais said it had received a court summons from Mr Tapie, who is contesting a claim that he defaulted on an agreement to pay back a loan of 1.22bn francs ( pounds 140m).
