Snow impedes help for Bosnia

SARAJEVO (AP) - A UN aid convoy including winter shoes reached the eastern Muslim enclave of Srebrenica yesterday, but snow drifts stranded the humanitarian effort in much of Bosnia.

Nine people , including a 4-year-old boy, were being flown from Sarajevo to the United States for medical treatment, the second such US-bound evacuation this month.
