Warsaw (Reuter) - Miners and railway workers on strike in Poland yesterday refused to call off their stoppages until talks with the government produce results. Waldemar Kaplon, deputy leader of the miners' strike committee, said talks with the government would open today. The strikes will not end when talks begin but only after they produce results that satisfy the miners
