BELGRADE - The Socialist Party of Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic failed to obtain an overall majority in parliament in elections on Sunday, AFP reports. Up to two seats had been in the balance as 20,000 Serbians voted again in areas where results from a week earlier were cancelled because of irregularities.
