Your support makes all the difference.PARIS (Reuter) - Le Monde said yesterday it was joining the European Newspaper Associated consortium, comprised of the Independent, La Repubblica in Rome and El Pais in Madrid. Representatives of the four newspapers met in Rome on Monday and agreed to study the possibility of launching a morning daily newspaper in France.
