MIAMI - Hugh Rodham, Hillary Clinton's brother, appeared to be the undisputed winner of a run-off election to decide which Democrat will face Republican Senator Connie Mack in November's election in Florida. Mr Rodham, a Miami lawyer, had 58 per cent of the votes cast, compared with 42 per cent for his opponent, Mike Wiley, an unemployed talk-show host from Orlando. Mr Rodham, 44, focused his campaign on protecting social security and Medicare benefits and banning assault weapons. Reuter
