Belgium yesterday proposed a central European organisation to trace missing children modelled on a similar centre that exists in the United States. "Either we will take a purely Belgian initiative ... but ideally we would like to create, at a European level, a centre for missing or abused children," Belgian Deputy Prime Minister, Elio di Rupo, told RTBF television.
