Cosme Delclaux, 34, scion of a glass-making family linked to a Basque bank, went missing near Bilbao and it is suspected he was abducted by Eta members who, police believe, plan to extract a ransom and tighten the screw on other tycoons in one of Spain's most industrialised regions in order to finance their separatist activities.
