JOHANNESBURG - A post- mortem has revealed that the two British women found dead on an Indian Ocean beach this week were murdered with sharp instruments, it was revealed yesterday, writes John Carlin. The forensic team said that Elizabeth Over and Julie Godwin, both 30, were already dead when they were thrown into the sea. There was no evidence of sexual assault.

The police, who have offered a substantial reward for information leading to the arrest of the killers, were searching the Zululand area where the women were killed for further clues yesterday.
