VIENNA (Reuter) - Austria's caretaker chancellor, Franz Vranitzky, agreed to form a coalition government. Mr Vranitzky, the country's leader since 1986, was given the mandate by President Thomas Klestil, despite heavy losses by his Social Democrat party and his own conservative People's Party partners in last Sunday's general election.
