The CIA Director, James Woolsey, said he was ordering all the organisation's estimated 22,000 employees to begin filing annual financial statements in response to what may be the worst case of espionage in US history - that of Aldrich Ames, a CIA officer accused of spying for Moscow for financial gain - Reuter reports from Washington.
