Bosnian Serbs expel 900 more Muslims
Sarajevo (AFP) - Bosnian Serb forces stepped up their campaign of ethnic cleansing in north-east Bosnia, forcing 900 Muslims from their homes in the Bijeljina area, in the worst such incident since mid-July, the Red Cross said. Hundreds more face expulsion before Thursday. 'Everybody has to be out by 8 September,' a spokeswoman said.
Bosnian Serbs led by Voikan Durkovic rounded up their victims and forced them to pay up to pounds 430 to be taken by coach to the front line, before being allowed to cross over and head for the Muslim enclave of Tuzla early yesterday.
