Bonn - Germany and Russia agreed yesterday to boost information swaps between their intelligence agencies to fight nuclear smuggling but failed to trace the origin of plutonium seized in Germany in recent months. They said in a statement that they would also maintain contact offices in each other's capitals and tighten border controls to help fight the trade in atomic contraband. Reuter
