BLANTYRE - Malawi's President Kamuzu Banda, who had brain surgery in South Africa earlier this month, will return home today, state radio reported. Malawi's opposition parties have given the government an ultimatum to reconvene parliament by 28 October or face civil disobedience. Reuter
