Armenia's Deputy Defence Minister, Astva statur Petrosian, has said a peace deal would shortly be signed in Moscow to end the six-year conflict with Azerbaijan over the disputed territory of Nagorny Karabakh, Reuter reports from Yerevan. There was no Azeri confirmation.
