The Angolan government yesterday set out its conditions for next week's peace talks with Unita rebels in Ivory Coast amid scepticism that the two foes could agree to a lasting peace, Reuter reports from Luanda. The presidential spokesman, Aldemiro da Conceicao, said on state radio the government delegation would go to Abidjan 'with absolute certainty' and a desire to talk peace.
