Police in Madison, Wisconsin, have issued an alert for a man dressed in a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle outfit, whom they believe was responsible for damaging property. Suitably enough, the outfit was that to the character Raphael, the bad boy of the bunch.

“Have you seen this ninja turtle,” police at the University of Wisconsin-Madison wrote in a Facebook post.
“This is hardly a hero in a half-shell. Raphael caused property damage outside Camp Randall Stadium on Friday afternoon. All three individuals pictured were last seen in the area.”
