Your support makes all the difference.The body of a woman found on a dairy farm north of Denver, Colorado, has been identified as that of a 19-year-old woman who recently claimed she was being stalked.
Natalie Bollinger, who was last seen at her apartment in Broomfield, was reported missing by her family on 28 December 2017.
Her body was found on the property of McIntosh Dairy in Adams County.
Police have not stated the cause of death but are investigating it as a homicide.
Two weeks before Ms Bollinger went missing, she was granted a permanent restraining order against a stalker.
In a Facebook post, Ms Bollinger claimed her stalker was 42-year-old Shawn Schwartz, a man she became friends with two years ago.
She wrote he had sent her “hundreds of texts and calls” when she told him she did not want to see him anymore.
Ms Bollinger also said Mr Schwartz had driven “across the county” to see her and “slept behind her work for weeks”.
Police said they have spoken to Mr Schwartz but are not ready to call anyone a suspect.
On his Facebook page, Mr Schwartz post about his time with investigators and said he had provided them with a DNA sample, his number and his computer.
He has said he is innocent in the disappearance of Ms Bollinger.
Ms Bollinger’s family has requested anyone with any information about the case to contact the Adams County Sheriff's office.
