The boyfriend attacked the man after he heard noises coming from the bedroom he shares with his girlfriend, Myrtle Beach Online reported.
He told police that he found the man on top of his girlfriend and then drove him from the house, in Conway, South Carolina, while repeatedly hitting him.
When police arrived to take testimony from the man at the property, he was again reportedly subjected to a beating by the boyfriend.
The man claimed that he had begun to hug and kiss the woman, who was apparently naked under a blanket, while he was fully clothed.
The alleged victim refuted the man’s claim and he was arrested by the police and charged with criminal sexual conduct first degree.
He was left with two black eyes and multiple abrasions on his face following the assault.
