Ben & Jerry's is suing the maker of "Ben & Cherry's" pornographic DVDs, saying the films have smeared the ice-cream-maker's reputation.

With flavours such as Boston Cream Pie and Peanut Butter Cup, the company said films named Boston Cream Thigh and Peanut Butter D-Cup would confuse customers.
