Cape Town - South Africa is to distribute 97 million male condoms and 90,000 female condoms to counter the spread of Aids, Health Minister Nkosazana Zuma said. Mr Zuma told parliament a soaring HIV infection rate could reverse post-apartheid gains in healthcare, welfare services, economic development and education. AFP
