The ice machines in those giant fridge freezers have always felt a bit superfluous, but they just got even more unnecessary now an American discovered that they can be altered to spit out sweets.

Deric Peace filled the ice bin with a variety of candy of different shapes and sizes, because apparently sweets are best served chilled and from a glass.

It seems no technical changes were needed, the fridge will simply fire out whatever it is loaded with as long as the items are not too big.

The internet will surely find infinite uses for this stunningly simple life hack, so expect videos of ice machine-dispensed peanuts and Maltesers soon, along with dog biscuits fired directly into their pets' mouths with a flick of a switch.
