Waldgrave begins week of science

William Waldegrave, the public service and science minister, experimenting with a British Airways video system at the Natural History Museum in London yesterday. The minister was attending the launch of a national week of Science, Engineering and Technology - a festival aimed at encouraging children to pursue careers in science.
