TWO members of a five-man ITN camera crew accused of fiddling expenses while covering the war in Bosnia were sacked yesterday and another resigned.

But Robert Moore, the ITN reporter with the crew which was suddenly ordered to fly home after allegations of unauthorised payments, has been exonerated from any involvement in the alleged unauthorised payments.

Another member of the crew, Sebastian Rich, 40, resigned last week. One of the two men dismissed is to appeal against the decision.

The team including a sound recordist, cameraman and journalist had been suspended by ITN pending a full investigation into disputed expenses believed to have involved payments of about pounds 1,000 to local Bosnians for help.

An ITN spokesperson said yesterday that this was an internal disciplinary matter.
