Paul Henry was born in Aberystwyth and works as a Careers Adviser in Cardiff. His poetry has appeared in various newspapers, literary magazines, and the 1994 Forward Book of Poetry, he was also awarded an Eric Gregory Award in 1989. His first collection Time Pieces (1991) was published by Seren Books. This poem will be part of a forthcoming collection.
