Ateenager was sexually attacked before being battered and strangled after disappearing on a 200-yard walk home from a friend's house, it was confirmed.

The semi-naked body of Julia Baines, 18, was found on Sunday on wasteland four miles from her home in Crofton, Wakefield, West Yorkshire. She was last seen early on Friday.
