The Police Complaints Authority is to investigate the death of a taxi driver, Mohammed Nazir, 57, who collapsed while police inspected his cab in Slough yesterday. His son, Mohammed Nazir Jnr., had been jailed for life last year for his part in the murder of a schoolboy during a robbery at a Hampshire garage.
