Your support makes all the difference.A Protestant was shot dead by republicans in north Belfast last night, bringing this year's total of violent deaths to 17.
The man, identified as Norman Truesdale, 39, was shot in a grocery shop on the Oldpark Road just before 8pm. Police were studying film from a security camera working at the time of the raid. A Ford Sierra used in the attack was found in the nearby republican Ardoyne.
