Illegal drugs of all kinds remain widely available with prices remaining stable or falling, according to a report today. The price of cocaine has fallen as low as pounds 30 a gramme, reflecting its growing availability, the drugs advice agency Release says. LSD is enjoying a resurgence and increasing quantities of cannabis, already widely available, are being grown in Europe under 'sophisticated botanical conditions'.
