MP chains himself to gates in protest at resumption of whaling by Norwegians
The Labour MP Tony Banks after chaining himself to the front gates of the Norwegian State Railways office in London yesterday, in a protest organised by
Greenpeace against Norway's resumption of whaling. Mr Banks was arrested after being cut free, but was released without charge.
