FISHING DAYS: The Government's days-at-sea policy will be suspended, pending a ruling by the European Court of Justice, Michael Jack, junior agriculture minister, said. The minister announced that he would also be holding talks with EU chiefs - and with the industry - on action to conserve fish stocks.
