NO CRIMINAL charges are to follow the death of a boy at a funfair water chute after the Crown Prosecution Service said there was not enough evidence to prosecute the ride's owner.

Tim Morgan, nine, of Cardiff, died and four other passengers - including his father - were injured when the attraction at Coney Beach, Porthcawl, Mid Glamorgan, struck an overhead lighting gantry.
