Nikki Allen case man released
Police last night released without charge a man being questioned over the murder of Nikki Allen, 7, whose body was found in a derelict warehouse last Thursday in Wear Garth, Sunderland, Tyne and Wear.
An anonymous caller told police a teenage girl had seen a blood-spattered man in the area. But police said they had now traced and questioned the man. It is believed the 'blood' was red paint.
