A SCHEME to help farmers and companies deal with constantly changing environmental legislation has been launched in the east Midlands. The Enviro-Law Group, offering a contact point for advice on green issues, was set up by Flint Bishop & Barnett, together with two firms of consultants, Chapman Warren and Jonson Poole and Bloomer.
