The family of an IRA man shot dead by police in Belfast last month is to take legal action against the RUC Chief Constable, Sir Hugh Annesley, the terrorist organisation's political wing, Sinn Fein, said yesterday. A writ would be issued tomorrow by lawyers acting for the family of Pearse Jordan.
