Gamu Nhengu, a star of The X Factor, and her family have won their appeal against deportation.

Gamu, 19, lives with her two brothers and mother in Tillicoultry, Clackmannanshire, but feared they would be sent back to Zimbabwe after the Home Office refused to renew her mother's visa.

An immigration court found they had a right to a family life as set out in the European Convention on Human Rights. The Home Office has five days to appeal.
